These bandanas are 22″ x 22″ squares and are shipped already folded to the desired triangle look. They are one size fits most and can be rolled to fit a neck size up to 28″.

Return Policy

General – Please notify us in writing here on Etsy within 30 days of original purchase date and we will provide additional instructions regarding where to return your item. For best results, go to your purchases and contact us directly from your order.

Returns – any reason: Item(s) must be in original, sellable condition and have all original tags and product packaging. Item(s) must be clean and contain no pet hair. We do not refund your original shipping or return shipping charges. In addition, there is a 25% restocking fee based on the item price at time of purchase (due to extra handling and administration costs). If returned without tags or pet hair, there will be a 50% restocking fee, thus only 1/2 of the original cost will be credited as we will be unable to resale the item as new.

Defective Items – Please notify us in writing here on Etsy within 10 days of receiving your item and explain the problem. Please provide pictures as necessary. Returns for defective items are determined on a case by case basis.

Exchanges – Sorry, we do not offer product exchanges because of factors such as promotional discounts, different size pricing, changing prices, etc. Please send your items back according to the above instructions and then place a new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement or wait for your store credit before doing so. We’ll get your new order out right away.
